Refund & Cancellation Policy

Scope

This policy applies when you pay Tensor Time Planning Co., Ltd. for decision making or personal planning services. Inquiry through the website alone does not create a charge.

Cancellation by you

• More than 48 hours before a confirmed session: full refund of prepaid fees, or reschedule once at no extra charge.
• 24–48 hours before: 50% refund or one reschedule within 30 days.
• Less than 24 hours before or no-show: no refund; partial credit may be offered at our discretion.

Cancellation by us

If we cancel, you receive a full refund or priority rescheduling.

Partial services

Refunds for multi-session engagements cover only unused prepaid sessions, minus work already delivered.

How to request a refund

Email info@data-tensor.store or call +66-42-241-683 with your name, session date, and payment reference. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days where possible.

Nothing here limits mandatory rights under Thai consumer protection law.
